For the difficult job of removing, testing or replacing aircraft landing gear, the AeroMachineŽ Landing Gear Service System (LGSS) by AeroSystems increases your productivity, safety and overall efficiency by significantly reducing aircraft jacking height to just a few inches.
For a variety of both wide and narrow body commercial aircraft, the heart of the Landing Gear Service System is a series of moving platforms - two (or more) - which support the wing and belly gears, and one to support the nose gear. While the landing gear is being serviced or replaced, the LGSS platforms (within concrete pits) allow your entire maintenance crew to work on the aircraft at the same time, reducing maintenance turnaround times while greatly increasing both safety and profitability.
AeroSystems' LGSS consists of three separate components:
The Machinery Base at the bottom of the pit serves as the mounting and alignment substructure for all drive system components and electrical control units;
The Guide Ring is the structure on which the guide rollers are mounted and aligned in order to maintain the platform's relative position during operation;
For
superior landing gear repair, testing and replacement, AeroSystems is ready
to work with your engineering team to custom-design a Landing Gear Service
System to meet
your needs.
